Life-long Danville residents, Dan and Suzi Hartman, are a husband-wife team that have worked together in Real Estate for over 25 years. Dan has been in real estate since 1974. Dan owned and operated his own real estate brokerage (Century 21 Heart Realty, Inc.) and recently has merged with Century 21 Mertz and Associates, Inc., which now boasts two locations to better serve their clients. As multi-million dollar producers, their focus is on client satisfaction. They have been continuously trained in every aspect of real estate sales (financing, real estate marketing, staging, service, etc.).
Suzi has attained and maintained the Masters Diamond and Centurion awards and continuously sells millions of dollars in real esate annually.

Recently, 75% of the family (Dan, Suzi and their son Mark, pictured with the Spatula above) went vegan. They enjoy their time in the kitchen preparing tasty and healthy vegan dishes. Many of the recipes they have found come from Fatfree Vegan. They made the switch to the vegan lifestyle after having read Eat To Live by Joel Fuhrman.
